- Taxes (including GST/VAT where applicable) are additional unless explicitly included

You may not resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of our proprietary frameworks or internal tools.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential non-public business, technical, and financial information received from the other, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party platforms and tools
Our services often rely on third parties (advertising networks, analytics, hosting, CRM, payment gateways). Their terms and policies apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

- Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement according to the notice period in the project agreement. We may terminate or suspend services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and non-cancellable third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
